A New Step Toward More Integrated Healthcare Limitless Care and the Egypt Healthcare Authority Sign a Strategic Cooperation Agreement to Expand the Medical Services Network and Develop Human Capital As part of ongoing efforts to strengthen public-private sector integration and support the development of Egypt’s healthcare system, Limitless Care, a subsidiary of EVA Group, has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Egypt Healthcare Authority . The agreement aims to expand the medical providers network and enhance collaboration in healthcare management, as well as the training and development of human resources. The signing ceremony was attended by Dr. Ahmed El Sobky, Chairman of the Egypt Healthcare Authority and General Supervisor of the Universal Health Insurance Project, and Dr. Riad Armanious, Chairman of EVA Group. The agreement was signed by Dr. Ameer El Telwany, Executive Director of the Egypt Healthcare Authority, and Dr. Hisham El Shazli, General Manager and Managing Director of Limitless Care. The ceremony was also attended by key representatives from both organizations, including Mr. Mina Fayez, Human Resources and Training Manager, and Mr. Mostafa Adel, MBA, Business Development and Client Relations Manager at Limitless Care. The agreement focuses on two key pillars: 1. Expanding the Medical Providers Network The agreement aims to expand Limitless Care’s approved medical providers network through collaboration with healthcare facilities affiliated with the Egypt Healthcare Authority. This partnership will enable beneficiaries to access specialized medical services and leverage the capabilities available within these facilities, while expanding geographical coverage and improving access to healthcare services. 2. Training and Developing Human Capital The agreement includes specialized training and development programs for medical and administrative professionals working within the Authority’s affiliated facilities. Delivered by Limitless Care’s specialized team, these programs aim to transfer practical expertise and enhance professional capabilities in healthcare management and private medical insurance. Training areas will include medical approvals and claims management, as well as operational efficiency improvement, supporting stronger institutional performance and service delivery. Exploring Future Collaboration Opportunities On the sidelines of the signing ceremony, both parties discussed future opportunities for collaboration in medical service development, preventive and specialized healthcare, and the implementation of medical training and awareness programs for physicians. Discussions also explored opportunities for joint investment and expanding strategic partnerships across the healthcare sector.
