2. Access to "Limitless Care" Doctor Consultation Service

"Limitless Care" grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the doctor consultation service under these Terms, provided you:

3. Modifications

4. Rights Retention

• Ownership of all trademarks (logos/names/images/service content).
• All rights not expressly granted to users under these Terms.

5. Warranties and Commitments

As the healthcare provider, you warrant and covenant that:

A. Legal Authority

• Have **full legal capacity **to fulfill contractual obligations.
• Possess all required licenses to practice medicine without restrictions:
  • Valid, unrestricted license from the Egyptian Medical Syndicate (or relevant country).
  • No disciplinary rulings prohibiting your practice.

B. Data Accuracy

• All submitted information (physical/digital) is true, accurate, and complete.
• Immediate notification of any changes affecting quality assessment.
• Sole responsibility for any false/misleading information.

C. Professional Obligations

• Maintain an active medical license throughout the contract term.
• Compliance with:
  • Local and international medical laws.
  • "Limitless Care" continuing education standards.
• Prompt disclosure of:
  • Any disciplinary or legal investigations.
  • License issues or malpractice concerns.

D. Ethical Conduct

• Adherence to** medical ethics** and confidentiality rules.
• No prior criminal convictions or disciplinary actions.

6. Service Usage

The user must:

• Use the service solely for legitimate medical purposes in compliance with local and international laws.
• Assume full responsibility for all medical recommendations and interactions resulting from service use.
• Self-assess the appropriateness of the service for each medical case.

7. Technical Requirements

The doctor must:

• Maintain high-speed internet.
• Ensure hardware/software compatibility with "Limitless Care" system requirements.

Explicit Prohibitions:

• Reselling or redistributing the service to third parties.
• Commercial or non-medical use of the service.
• Sharing any medical data or system information with unauthorized parties.

8. Mutual Commitments

1. Party Obligations:

• Both parties covenant not to engage in any act that may harm the reputation or brand of the other party during the contract term.

2. "Limitless Care" Rights:

• Right to modify the service or features without prior notice.
• Right to display its trademarks anywhere associated with the service.
• No liability for modifications made.

9. Intellectual Property

1. Exclusive Rights:

• All IP rights (patents, trademarks, copyrights) related to the service:

  • Cover all technologies and materials used in service delivery.

2. Usage Restrictions:

• Other parties are prohibited from:

10. Support & Updates

11. Term & Termination

• Term: 1 year with auto-renewal.
• Termination:
  • 30-day written notice for voluntary exit.
  • Immediate for breach of terms.
• Effects:
  • Survival of rights for prior breaches.
  • Removal of all doctor references from platform.

12. Additional Terms

1. Minimum Engagement

• Set monthly consultation quota.
• Right to suspend service for non-compliance.

2. Payment

• Monthly payments 14 days after month-end.

3. User Ratings

• Actions for low ratings:

4. Medical Recommendations

5. Account Security

• Full responsibility for:
